  • Free tracked shipping within Canada on all orders over $150.00 CAD before taxes and after discounts, via Canada Post.
  • LākLife ships anywhere in Canada and the USA using Canada Post. 
  • Orders are packed and shipped on Thursdays.
  • Cut off time for orders to go out on Thursday is 12 noon. Orders placed after that time will go out the following week. 
  • Delivery times vary based on location. All orders ship from Georgetown or Dunchurch, Ontario Canada.

  • Returns are accepted within 30-days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment received and will take 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank statement. We do not cover shipping costs on Return/Exchanged item(s).
  • Returns are accepted on unworn, undamaged products with the original packaging attached.
  • Proof of payment and an order number must accompany the return.
  • Products may be subject to inspection before return is processed.


  • Exchanges are accepted within 30-days of original purchase. Exchange shipping fees will apply.
  • Exchanges are accepted on unworn, undamaged products with the original packaging attached.
  • Products may be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.


  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects within the first 30 days of purchase.
  • Eligible warranty products will be replaced for free.
  • If the exact product is unavailable, a replacement of equal value will be offered.
  • Products damaged during the opening process (improper hangtag removal) are not eligible for warranty.
  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or user error.


  • All purchases outside of a promotion/ sale date range are not eligible for partial return or exchange.
  • Discount codes or promotions received after an order has been processed online cannot be applied to a processed order.
  • Promotional offers and discount codes will automatically apply to the item(s) of lesser value within an order, unless otherwise specified in the offer text.
    Multiple discount codes and promotions cannot be stacked.
  • If applicable, promotional offer and discount code expiration dates will be listed within the original offers text. Discount codes specified as one use per customer cannot be used on multiple transactions.


  • Orders not received after 12-business days of fulfillment will have an undelivered service ticket submitted with the corresponding courier for investigation. Once a response is received from the courier, undelivered orders will be replaced or refunded (based on available inventory).
  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be replaced or refunded.
  • We are unable to update or reroute your order once it has dispatched.
  • All return, exchange, lost, and damaged product requests must be submitted through by emailing us at Living@Lā, include your order number, date of purchase, name, and photos of any manufacture defects. Please allow 1-2 business days for review and a response.
